Who We Are
Peter Roe, owner and sole inspector at Advanced Inspection Services was a builder for 26 years before launching this unique approach to building evaluations. Towards the end of his building career he was a designer/builder specializing in re-modeling & restorations and has extensive experience with existing buildings and their unique properties and issues. He loved designing and building homes for his clients, but was inspired to learn more about the home inspection process when he decided to list his house on the market 27 years ago. He then decided that his knowledge and background had laid a perfect groundwork for launching an inspection business since the majority of Home Inspectors were using visual evaluations only and fell well short of what he knew he could provide for the Home Owning public and Commercial Maintenance Personal.
Peter Roe’s qualifications and credentials are extensive with ongoing educational seminars to advance his skills to keep abreast of new construction practices and technologies. Peter is dedicated to representing the interests of his clients, informing them of the condition of both Commercial and Residential properties, their respective energy efficiency along with health & safety issues and educating the occupants about proper care and maintenance of their Buildings & Homes.
